Green Machine

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
• 2 oz. fresh cold-pressed cucumber/kale/celery/fennel
• .5 oz. honey simple syrup
• .75 oz. fresh lime juice
• 2 mint sprigs (Save one sprig for garnish)
• 1 fresh cucumber slices (garnish)

Directions

• Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaking tin with ice
• Shake and strain into a Collins glass with large-format ice
• Garnish a cucumber slices and a fresh mint sprig
• Serve and enjoy!
