The New Caledonia

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Wheatley Vodka
• 1 oz. Lillet Rosé
• .5 oz. Contatto Brianco
• 1 dash Lemon Bitters
• 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
• Add ice and stir.
• Strain into glass over a large ice cube.
• Garnish with orange twist.
